Which parameters can I change?

The DemoTools population projections come in three versions: a standard, a professional and the advanced version. Depending on the version you can change only the most important or almost all major parameters.
In all versions of the DemoTools population projections you can change the base population by 5-year age groups and sex; the age-specific fertility rates, the age- and sex-specific (central) death rates, and the age- and sex-specific net-migration during the projection period. To simplify a modification of age-specific fertility rates you can also choose to increase or reduce the Total Fertility Rate (TFR) - the age-specific fertility rates will then be adjusted proportionally.
Changes can be made separately for each 5-year projection interval. You can also change the length of the projection period (up to 315 years in the advanced version).
