Setup Problems
| Why does DemoGraphics '96 not run on my MS-Windows 3.1
system? |
DemoGraphics '95 is designed for MS-Windows '95 or
MS-Windows NT 4.0 (or later). It cannot run in a 16bit environment, such as MS-Windows
3.x. |

| The
setup says it cannot read a particular diskette. What is wrong? |
| We have made a great effort
to make sure that you get error-free setup diskettes. Each set is carefully tested before
we send it out. We also use a solid plastic box to package the diskettes. However, there
is always a possibility that one diskette might have a bad sector or gets (magnetically)
damaged while in the mail. If you have problems please try to set up the software on a
different PC. If it still doesn't work please contact us by fax or e-mail (numbers see
below). We will arrange a replacement of your setup disks. |

| I
cannot setup DemoGraphics '96 on our network. Why not? |
| In most cases the reason
for setup problems on a network is a lack of appropriate read/write permissions. For
security reasons, many networks do not allow the users to setup software on a
network drive. You have to get this permission from your network administrator. If you are
not completely familiar with the technical details of your particular network, please do
not try to install DemoGraphics '96 on a network drive! Contact your system administrator
instead! |

| Can I run DemoGraphics on my laptop? |
You can use the software on your laptop if you have a functioning
installation of MS-Windows '95 or NT Vers. 4.0. You can install DemoGraphics '96 just as
you would on any other machine.

| I
cannot setup the software on my local PC. What is wrong? |
| We have tested the
DemoGraphics '96 setup on many different computers. However, there is always a
possibility that you might have a very specific piece of hard- or software, which
stops our setup program. Please follow exactly the setup procedure that
is described in your manual (and the setup instructions). If it still does not work send
us an e-mail or fax (numbers see below). |

Please describe the kind of problem you have in full
detail and always include the following information in your fax or e-mail:
- Type of PC: 386 / 486 / Pentium / Pentium Pro / Pentium II
?
- Amount of RAM installed
- Type of Operating System: MS-Windows '95 or MS-Windows 'NT
- Do you use a nationalized version of MS-Windows (such as a
Spanish, German, or Hebrew MS-Windows), or do you use the US / English International
version?
